Mindful Movement Flow Yoga Class
This Mindful Movement hatha flow class will guide you through a series of stretches and poses aimed at connecting your body, mind, breathe and soul. Starting with mindful breathing and slowly moving through a sequence of movement to help stretch, strengthen and feel more peaceful. The sequence of poses will promote smooth energy flow and help surrender to any resistance in the body.
This class is scheduled every Tuesday night in June at 6:30pm (starting on June 5th). Each class focuses on varying body areas and we will learn together about ways of self care and movement.
