Flow & Let go

The Flow and Let Go yoga class leads you through a series of gentle stretching and strengthening movement with beginner yoga poses. You will be challenged to focus on your breath to help bring your awareness to the present moment and leave feeling more mentally clear and calm. These classes are suitable for all levels of experience.

During the class you can expect to immerse your senses, with calming music, hands on adjustments and the relaxing smell of incense or essentials oil. 

Please wear comfortable clothes that you can easily move in. Optional to bring a yoga towel or your own mat (mats are provided). 

Classes are limited to 4 people and take place in a cozy, candlelit home studio.
